YARD CLUTTER
Please keep lawns free of toys, hoses, Etc.
GATES AND ACCESS
You must provide access to any area of your house that you wish to be serviced. You may provide us gate codes or leave gates unlocked. If our team is able to do a return visit, there is a $20 return trip fee. If your lot is inaccessible at the time of service, we will reschedule and there is a $30 no show fee.
PETS AND PET WASTE
Pet waste disposal is not included in regular service, but is available for an additional fee.

Our teams are trained to be very careful about locking gates, closing gates, and being vigilant when pets are present. We cannot guarantee the safety or security of your pet. We recommend keeping your pets inside or in some other secure location on the day of your service.
PERSONAL INJURY
The lawn must be free of people at the time of service for safety reasons. If you cannot vacate a part of your lawn at the time of service, no refund or credit will be given for skipping that section on that service. To avoid this, contact us in advance so that we service you on a day that is more convenient.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event of inclement weather, we will notify you and reschedule your service for the next dry day.
POOLS
We do not charge extra or give discounts for lots with a pool. Pools actually increase the amount of work because of extra edging and trimming.
PAYMENTS
CD Evergreen Lawns accepts only credit or debit card payments. We will accept cash or check on a case to case basis, under certain circumstances.
CONTRACTS
There are no contracts with CD Evergreen. We are a pay as you go service. We do however offer a spring ahead plan that allows you to spread out payments for early spring services such as weed control, aeration, dethatching, fertilizing, seeding, and compost tea. When your grass goes dormant, it will need to be mowed less often. During this time, we credit your normal payments to your account. That way, when spring comes, you will have extra money to dish out for spring services. Spring ahead months are November, January, and February.
SPRINKLERS
Our teams are very careful around sprinklers, but if a sprinkler head is damaged by our team, then we will replace it free of charge.
LANDSCAPE LIGHTING
Please inform of us of any landscape lighting that you may have so that we do not damage it.
SPRING AHEAD PLAN
Early spring is an important time for many lawn services including fertilizing, seeding, weeding, aerating/dethatching, and probiotic compost tea. The spring ahead plan helps spread the cost of these services over the slow season when grasses go dormant and less mowing is needed. During this time, we credit your normal payments to your account. That way, when spring comes, you will have extra money to dish out for spring services. Spring ahead months are November, January, and February. Should you decide to discontinue service, we can refund your money or you can give it as a gift certificate to a friend.
